How booking works
Why the booking finishes on the venue’s own site
Each venue runs its own reservations system and its own floor plan. Rather than hold a booking here and hope it lines up, we hand you across with the venue already selected. It costs one extra click and it means the venue gets your preferences directly, which is the difference between being seated at a table and being seated at the right one.
Booking direct also means no aggregator sits between you and the restaurant. If you need to move a booking, add two people or flag an allergy, you are talking to the room you are eating in.
Groups of ten or more
Use the group booking form instead. Our reservations team will contact you to confirm the table and discuss the set menu, and in some circumstances a la carte can be arranged for a service charge at their discretion.
The fine print
Cancellations and large tables
- Tables are held for 15 minutes past the booking time.
- Cancellations inside 24 hours on a table of eight or more may incur a per head fee, set by the venue.
- Groups of ten and over are contacted by our reservations team to discuss the set menu
- Premium steak upgrades require a minimum 24 hours notice and can be ordered while making your reservation.
- Public holiday surcharges apply where noted at the venue.
- Weekly deals do not run on special occasion dates.

Can I make a booking for every restaurant from here?
You can start here, but the booking finishes on the restaurant’s own reservations system. Each one runs its own floor plan and its own diary, so we route you rather than hold a table we cannot confirm. The Bayview is events only and takes enquiries instead.

What is the cancellation policy?

Do you take walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome at every venue, but bookings are recommended, especially Friday and Saturday nights and at Walsh Bay on any evening with good weather.
