Frequently asked
How many guests can you take for engagement parties?
It depends on the room. The table on the private dining page lists every capacity in one place.
How is a function priced?
On the space, the date and the number of guests. The reservations team confirms what applies before a date is held.
How far ahead should we enquire?
Six to eight weeks is comfortable for most events. December fills from August and Saturdays go first at every venue.
Can we see the space before we confirm?
Yes, and you should. Site visits are arranged around service, usually mid morning or mid afternoon, and the coordinator who shows you the room is the one who runs the night.
What happens after we send the enquiry?
A coordinator replies within one business day proposing the venue, with real capacities and a real minimum spend. If another venue in the group suits you better, we will say so.
