How long is a gift card valid?
Three years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian consumer law.
Can I use a gift card on a deal or a set menu?
Yes. Gift cards are redeemable against any bill, including weekly deals and group set menus.
Do I have to spend the whole card at once?
Yes. The full value is redeemed on the visit, so use it on a bill that covers it.
Can I buy gift cards in bulk for staff or clients?
Yes. Bulk and corporate orders are handled through corporate accounts, with invoicing rather than card payment.
