Our Sydney venues
Five brands, one standard. Filter, then book with the venue direct.
No venue matches every filter at once. Try clearing one, or see them all.
Two on the harbour, three in the west, one dinner room in the city
The group spreads across Sydney and the geography is most of the difference between the venues. Walsh Bay and Pyrmont are the harbour pair and they carry the occasion bookings. Darlinghurst is a night venue and nothing else. Haberfield and Belmore are neighbourhood rooms, which means bigger tables, easier parking and lower bills.
If you are choosing on distance rather than on menu, the list on the right is the fastest way through it.

Which venue suits which occasion
Enough venues to be genuinely useful, and few enough that we can be honest about each one. Walsh Bay is the occasion venue: a pier restaurant with the harbour on three sides, four private rooms and full venue hire for 250 standing. It is the one to book when the evening has to be memorable, and the one to skip if you want to park easily.
Pyrmont runs the same kitchen with a courtyard instead of a wharf and is far easier to get to, particularly from the ICC. Elements Smokehouse Darlinghurst is dinner only from 5:30, so it never works for lunch and always works for a Friday. Schniti Haberfield does one dish properly at a price that makes a Tuesday reasonable, and its whole venue is the easiest in the group to get on a Saturday.
Elements Brasserie Belmore is the local steakhouse, open from eight, and the only venue with a garden room. The Bayview is not a restaurant at all: it is a waterfront room on Pier 8/9 that takes one wedding or one function at a time.
Large groups are handled differently everywhere. Under ten people is a table booking at any venue. Ten and over goes through group bookings, and anything that needs a room to itself goes through functions and events.
Frequently asked
Which Elements venues are there in Sydney?
Elements Bar and Grill at Walsh Bay and Pyrmont, Elements Brasserie at Belmore, Elements Smokehouse at Darlinghurst, Schniti at Haberfield, and The Bayview at Walsh Bay for events. Elements Bar and Grill runs at both Walsh Bay and Pyrmont, which is why there are more venues than logos.
Do I book through this site or the venue site?
Through the venue. Each venue runs its own reservations system, so Book Now hands you straight to the right one with your venue already chosen.
Which venues are open for lunch?
Walsh Bay, Pyrmont and Belmore every day, and Schniti Haberfield on Saturday and Sunday. Elements Smokehouse Darlinghurst is dinner only, from 5:30pm.
Can one group booking cover more than one venue?
Not as a single reservation, but the function team handles multi-venue programmes such as a conference that moves between rooms. Send that through the event enquiry form.
