The 1.6kg MB9 Phoenix Wagyu Tomahawk is the one people book for, and the 500gm MB9+ Salt Baked Black Opal Wagyu Eye Fillet is the one the chefs order. All premium upgrades require a minimum 24 hours notice and can be ordered while making your reservation.
What cuts are on at the Bar and Grill venues?
The board changes with what the kitchen has in. Premium wagyu upgrades sit alongside the regular cuts and need 24 hours notice, and the current list is on the board at the venue.
Do I need to preorder a wagyu tomahawk?
Yes. All premium steak upgrades require preorder of a minimum 24 hour notice, and can be ordered while making your reservation.
Which venue is best for a large steak dinner?
