Schniti Sangas

Our signature schniti, pounded thin, hand-crumbed in panko, parmesan and herbs, fried golden and stacked into a seriously big sanga on toasted focaccia, ciabatta or sourdough. Lunch, Thursday to Sunday, at Schniti Haberfield.

Oven baked bread, open melt, two hands required. Every sanga is served with garlic and rosemary seasoned puffed pasta crisps. Make it a feed for $6.
